Competition Kettlebells
> Competition kettlebells are hollow and made of steel rather than cast iron.
> Our Competition Kettlebells are made to International Union of Kettlebell Lifting standards - (IUKL) The governing body for Kettlebell Sport Lifting or Girya in Europe and the world authority.
>The main difference between Competition and Cast Kettlebells is that Competition Bells are a standard size across the complete weight range. The bells are hollow and each weight is exactly the same size. This makes training easier when you are moving up or down the weights as you do not have to adjust the movement of your body to accommodate the difference in bell size as you would with a cast bell.
>They are also considerably larger in diameter than cast bells meaning that they stay in contact with your arm longer whilst training, reducing impact and making exercises such as the clean or clean and jerk smoother.
