Pricing
Monthly Subscriptions - my preferred method of payment is via monthly subscription. I now offer a monthly subscription package. These sessions can be taken at anytime of day Monday to Friday, and if for some reason you miss a session it will just be added onto the following month or we will fit it in as an extra. The monthly payment option makes budgeting easier for people who are paid monthly yet also means that you can commit to your long term training plan without any kind of contract. You may subscribe here and pay with a credit or debit card through paypal or you may set up a standing order through your bank. I will then contact you to arrange your first session. Pre-paid Session Prices The following prices are for sessions either in your own home (maximum of 20 minutes travelling time from WF8 1PA), in my own gym here in Pontefract or in local parks, and can be taken at any time Monday to Friday. Pre-paid Session Prices for 2 people training together - It is considerably cheaper to train with a friend, plus many people find that training with a friend offers the extra support and motivation outside of training sessions, particularly with diet, that ensures results.

Late / Cancellation Policy. If a client cancels a session with at least 24 hours notice, no charge will be made. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice then that session must be paid for in full or will be deducted from the pre paid course of sessions. If I have to cancel a session and cannot give at least 24 hours notice then an extra session will be given free of charge. If you are late for a session then the session will continue as normal but must still finish at the pre-arrnaged time. If I am late for any session then the session will still finish at the pre-arrnaged time but an extra session will be given free of charge.
